Respect an engaging quality characteristics, careful and discreet way intervene, establishing strong relations between the exterior and the interior, favouring privacy and ensure a variety of ways using spaces or modes of living, were the main objectives that we have tried to achieve in this project. Not knowing in advance who will be the future user of a home, led us to develop a versatile solution in your organization inside and allowing easy adaptation to land with distinct characteristics. We propose a one-floor House, organised in three bodies of different heights and sizes, depending on the typology set to the batch. In the central body, which serves as the hinge set, will be the entry, distribution area and a space adaptable to various uses, depending on the wishes of the end customer. A second body, social areas, with kitchen, dining area and living room. The third body is intended for itself the location of rooms, all of them equipped with private sanitary facilities. The outer volume, provided for some of the lots, no previously defined function, can be used in various modes and promotes the creation of a zone of stay/outdoor get-together.
